There are many ways. First, computer monitor should be at about an arm's length. You should take regular breaks to relax your eyes. If you use your devices at night, be sure to have sleeping glasses, blue light screens, or filters.

But it is best to get a monitor that is designed for eye care. Try to go for a VA monitor with at least a 144hz refresh rate: the screen will look smoother and will be easier on your eyes. ASUS has a good line of monitors for eye care.
