The event will start with presentations around mind, body and spirit, followed by a panel to discuss these topics and, a Q&A with everyone on the stream. Ask us whatever you’d like around these topics and if we can help or learn from you, that’s a win win!
The goal here is to help people heal and, to allow for creative energy to flow more easily. Without checking some key boxes, the resistance will always win and struggle will always be there. By giving some TLC to the 3 pillars of health and well being, ie Mind, Body and Spirit, we allow for positive force to develop and manifest whatever we desire.
