Tractorecords is back! To celebrate 25 years of music and vinyl production, Francesco Passantino revives his iconic label with Venticinque EP, a journey through the sounds that have shaped his career—from atmospheric minimalism to deep progressive and trance vibrations.

📝 "To celebrate his 25th anniversary in the music industry, Francesco Passantino revives the Tractorecords label, which had been on hold since 2016. In this EP, the DJ from La Spezia, now based in Berlin, brings together the various influences that have colored his career as a producer over the last quarter-century.
"The journey begins with 'Vision,' a cloud of soft pads layered over a rhythmic skeleton and scattered voices, seemingly picked up from a randomly left-on radio. Recorded live at Club Der Visionaere last summer with Daniele Ricca and Francesco Monaco—his partners in Resilience Groove—the track blends rarefied minimalism with dub-infused atmospheres."
"With 'Undici,' the sonic palette shifts, moving towards a sound reminiscent of the golden days of progressive trance, featuring a twisting, hypnotic bassline guiding the rhythm section with hints of Emmanuel Top’s Attack era."
"Mahatma Groove taps even deeper into that sonic landscape, with acid-tinged curls and rolling trancey waves crashing against a driving rhythm."
"The EP also features a track from 1999, originally included in Electribe EP on Subway Records. 'Ascolta,' co-produced with Davide Calì, has become a collector’s gem over the years. It blends Kraftwerk-style textures reminiscent of 'It’s More Fun to Compute' with floating, euphoric trance harmonies."
