I'm sure you can tell this from your own life...
Entrepreneurship often starts with a vision or plan, but in reality, things rarely go exactly as anticipated.
Simple...
Market shifts, demands and trends change, and unexpected challenges emerge.
I'll tell you a little story...
I'm sure you know Airbnb.
Did you know how Airbnb started?
The founders were renting out air mattresses in their apartment during a design conference to make some extra money. Their original concept was more about temporary, shared living spaces—hence the name "Airbed and Breakfast."
Initially, they had little traction. Even after launching, the founders struggled with low sign-ups, and investors were skeptical. Despite these challenges, they didn’t stick rigidly to their initial plan. They observed how users interacted with the platform, noticed that people were more interested in entire apartments or homes rather than just air mattresses, and adjusted their business model accordingly.
Hey LinkedIn users!
Yeah, I’m talking to you🫵
For a second, stop applying for jobs or scroll watching other creators putting up some motivational posts.
Invest this time instead in exploring LinkedIn and optimising your own profile.
Because the truth is…
The more optimised LinkedIn profile…
The better chances you will get noticed by recruiters and future clients!
In this reel, I’m gonna show you LinkedIn gems you may not even know they exist.
1. Did you know, you can get rid of that random string of numbers in your URL? Simplified and professional-looking🤩
2. In featured section, you can showcase your best work that represents you and your skills in the best way. Don’t shy away from showing your successes and achievements!
3. And finally, LinkedIn introduced this option to have a link in the form of CTA pinned to your profile, so people can visit your website or book a call with you directly! How cool is that! 🤩
Proved method to win your audience's LOYALTY
Netflix's released "Wednesday" has become a huge phenomenon worldwide.
But what made it even a much bigger deal was the trend that was going viral on TikTok, characteristic dance performed by Wednesday to remixed song by Lady Gaga.
This trend took TikTok by storm to the extent that the Netflix team apparently couldn't ignore!
And when releasing trailer for the continuation of Wednesday series, they referenced the trend in their trailer!
And guess what....the FANS LOVED IT!
What should be the takeaway?
- Active listening
- Responsive to feedback
- Incorporate UGC (user-generated content)
This method, based on this example, has proven to win your audience's LOYALTY!
Imagine yourself the following:>> whenever you post ~ it’s like you getting on the stage and do public speaking. Yup, just like TEDX 😄>> you have 50 followers who hit that follow 50 and decide to stay with you ~ it’s the audience that bought the tickets to come to your show and hear what you have to say >> 5,10,20 likes, comments, shares, saves ~ it’s the people, after hearing your talk, approach you after the show and want an autograph, a photo with you or exchange contacts. So, please,Stop comparing yourself with larger pages who “are doing well”. Focus on your messaging and your audience. Audience that appreciates your work, your humour, personality and vulnerability. They chose you for a reason. They decided to stay with you for a reason. What’s more important? Random people who don’t interact with you at all or people who relate to you?🤩
😂😂
Ok, but seriously…
I’m gonna use this example - but I will change from “wife” to “husband”/“boyfriend”, and maaaybe change from Luis Vitton to something else 👜
We often blur the lines between the two, but just like @sundeep_comedy brilliantly explained 😁 - marketing is about creating a desire. Sales is the art of persuasion and closing the deal🙂

Imagine this⭐️😜The excitement and surprise of seeing your product launch take off faster than you ever anticipated.Just like Albania 🇦🇱 during EURO2024 scored the goal against Italy 🇮🇹 in literally SECONDS 🥹It’s a testament of hard work, strategic planning, perfect timing and (YES! don’t even argue with me on this one) a bit of luck, showing that with the right elements in place, your business can achieve extraordinary milestones in the blink of an eye🥳Do you agree?
Don't get me wrong!!
AI tools are amazing and I would be a hypocrite if I told you to stop using them, while I'm using them all the time.
What I mean is...
A lot of creators and businessesin in order to save time decide that an AI voice will be...their tone of voice.
Maybe I picked a tricky example, given this course advertises AI digital marketing :)
The bottom line is...
Given that everybody is using an AI and resort to AI voices, avatars, you-name-it, completely dominate their brand personality, that in some sense, in the long run, they're losing their human touch.
Don't be like that ;)
In the world of social media,
People want to connect.
People still want to be human and be treated as uch.
Agreed? :)
How do I NEVER run out of content ideas? 🤔💡
In this episode - Eliza sharing tips with you! Here are my methods how I never run out of content ideas WITHOUT using AI tools (love ChatGPT, but I treat it as a partner and facilitator, not a replacement for my creativity and authenticity!) ☺️ and you can use it too when you’re looking ideas for content in your niche! First of all; power walk and nature 🍀Walking and any physical activity + nature’s influence increases blood flow and oxygen to the brain, which enhances cognitive function and creativity, moreover nature reduces stress and mental fatigue ☺️Then;Whenever some ideas “kicks”, I pull out my phone and immediately note it down! Knowing a few minutes later, I will forget it 😭Then;I’m occasionally scrolling through Facebook groups, Reddit and LinkedIn (if you are on these platforms, that is - but I assume you are on Facebook😁). They are GOLD and people ask questions and your content MIGHT BE AN ANSWER to their problems! If you attended some conference and webinar or you attended an Instagram/Facebook/YouTube live that applies to your niche - don’t forget your notebook and pen! Who knows, whatever is mentioned during those lives, could spark an idea for topic that you can elaborate on! And finally;I use Google Spreadsheet that serves as my content calendar. I have all ideas in place and decide which I can work on next.Don’t forget to share this with your friend who needs this! 😊💕
How would you feel if someone ignored you?🤔
Not a nice feeling, right?😏
I get it. We're all busy and we don't always have the possibility to get back to the person and answer right away. Could be thousand reasons, at the moment you don't have time, you're sleeping, you're in a rush, or 10000 other reasons.
But...
In order for your audience to NOT feel neglected and abandonded:
When you have a moment, at least leave a short reply, like "Hi, [name], thanks for your message! I'll get back to you shortly, is that okay?".
Be respectful.🙂
Appreciate that someone DMed you (unless they're bots/spammy messages).
And YES, it applies to BOTH small and big accounts.
Do you agree? 🙂
