Would you believe me if I told that you actually CAN get leads and CONVERT without:

My client, Martin’s story, was purely based off of achieving results via organic marketing ONLY on Instagram.

If you’re starting a business / creator and you are serious about it, visual play a huge role here.

Particularly when it comes to the first impression.

When people land on your page (especially your target audience), you have to make them stay and it takes literally seconds for your audience to glance at your bio.

Let’s talk about headshots for profile pics.
These are the examples of headshots to AVOID:
📍blurry pics, absolute no
📍 private, group pictures with family and friends, from holidays or any social gathering - you’re a business after all, and your page should represent your business
📍people like to see the face behind the brand, so logos are recommended to avoid, if your aim is to humanize your brand.

So what can you do?
📍use your smartphone and a clear background to take pictures of yourself
📍if you know somebody who specializes in photography, you can ask them to take a few shots of you
📍you can use your existing photos and use PFPmaker tool (free) to change the background and make your profile pic look more vibrant

Consistency basically means having a routine and sticking to it.

But WHAT KIND OF routine, it only depends on you and how you feel comfortable about it.

Someone can be consistent with reading books every day.

Someone else who you know, who also happens to be a bookworm, also read books, but only three times a week.

They have their own routine to follow.

The important part;
is to show up
and to stick to it.

Guys,
When I post about free tools...

I double check them if they are really free.
Most marketers and content creators falsely advertise some tools as being "free", but they're actually not (wxcept for 7-day or 14-day free trial...I mean..)

What I do,
is to verify and check stuff and make sure that if they're advertised as free, then they are indeed free (you can always upgrade it // pay for it anytime)

No different with influencer marketing tools!
Whenever you want to run a campaign, connect with creators/influencers or anything else...

These tools are there to smoothen your work!

Netflix's released "Wednesday" has become a huge phenomenon worldwide.
But what made it even a much bigger deal was the trend that was going viral on TikTok, characteristic dance performed by Wednesday to remixed song by Lady Gaga.
This trend took TikTok by storm to the extent that the Netflix team apparently couldn't ignore!
And when releasing trailer for the continuation of Wednesday series, they referenced the trend in their trailer!
And guess what....the FANS LOVED IT!

What should be the takeaway?
- Active listening
- Responsive to feedback
- Incorporate UGC (user-generated content)

This method, based on this example, has proven to win your audience's LOYALTY!

A new month started!

Everybody’s beloved September😆

And that includes… TEACHERS😃

Are you on social media and struggling with content ideas? Don’t know what to post to spark attention? Something that is easily UN-boring 🥹?

Yup, such content exists!

1️⃣ For one - you can start a series of posts reflecting on key lessons or advice you would give to your younger self if you had to start over. This is great, because not only you’re sharing your personal story, this humanising yourself - but also it can be relatable to new, aspiring educators and experienced ones!
2️⃣ Give your audience a virtual tour of your desk or workspace, and explain how you stay organized, what tools do you use etc. you can also invite other educators for a collab too! 🙋🏻‍♀️
3️⃣ Share your Spotify or SoundCloud playlist of music you use for different moods and activities. You can also ask your followers to share their favourite tracks
4️⃣ As a shareable content, share funny, light-hearted moments when things didn’t … necessarily go as planned😭😆
It’s relatable reminds us that it is okay to make mistakes

Anna, a dedicated trauma healer and author from Australia, has been sharing valuable content on Instagram. Despite her efforts to make her posts engaging, informative and visually appealing, they weren’t reaching the audience she deserved. After reviewing her Instagram strategy, I had an “AHA!” moment. Anna was using 30 hashtags in the comments, many of which were too broad, causing her content to get lost in the crowd. I recommended a new approach to her hashtag strategy:

✅ Focus on niche-related hashtags
✅ Avoid overly broad tags
✅ Limit to 10-12
✅ Place them in the caption

The result?
Higher engagement, with more likes, comments and increased reach. Remember: hashtags STILL matter! When used effectively 😊

Now they’re making YEARLY revenue of $500 million. Do you know why?
They totally rebranded and started speaking to their customer’s in a way that actually made sense.

Before their packaging was all fancy and clinical, like “sparkling digestive tonic”.

What the hell that even means?!🤔

Yup, I wouldn’t have known either.
No wonder it has been ignored.

So they revamped their look, and now the flavour is in the center and design is way more appealing. Plus they’re clear about the benefits, like “supports digestive health”.

See?
It’s all about speaking your customer’s language. Make it easy for them to understand and appreciate what you’re selling☺️

I expected mass unfollows when I was gone for a break.

As expected, given that I didn't show up - mass unfollowing started to occur.
Did it bother me? Kinda yes.

But also no.
You see... It's a sign that people do not resonate with my content anymore.
And that's cool. Tastes change. Preferences change. Maybe my messaging, my personality, my voice didn't speak to them.

Maybe it could be bots, automatically removed by the platform. Who knows ;)

So as much as I appreciate the follower growth, there's something I appreciate even more - which is engagement and interactions that happen organically. Genuine interest of my community.

The recent post I made on controversy surrounding Bella Hadid & Adidas was not a coincidence.
Cultural nuances are something people often overlook, and big brands are perfect examples of it. It still debatable whether it was a mistake on their debate or deliberate to have people talk about them.

But again…
I’m here to remind you:

That people gravitate towards brands that “get it”🙂

The importance of being more than just a business - it’s about being a brand that people can trust and connect with, ESPECIALLY when the times are uncertain.

So in short;
when you’re crafting your next message, think about how you can infuse it with that extra layer of understanding and care☺️🥰

It’s like when you ask someone out and they say no - it sucks, but it's not the end of the world. Same goes for business.

Not everyone's gonna love your idea, and that's totally okay.

It just means you’re one step closer to finding the people who do.

Every 'no' is actually a 'not yet.'

Remember, even the most successful folks faced a million no's before they hit a home run.

I cannot stress enough how many times I got no's before I finally got yes.
And you will find out - it's a blessing in disguise.
So whatever you're doing - keep going. Just keep going. You're doing great. You've already accomplished so much, you just don't know it yet, cause other stuff overwhelm you.

But you're making a difference. You'll find out pretty soon!
