A few weeks ago, we hosted our first in-person PASS IT ON with Arlenys, a Berlin based DJ. 🎧🎛️🔈

A big thank you to Arlenys for providing her expertise and education, NOT TOO SWEET for hosting our event, and 🍫 and 🌕 for supplying snacks for the event to keep us all going throughout the workshop!

✨ABOUT PASS IT ON: We wanted to figure out a way to make our community more interactive and create more free resources for those who could benefit from them. Thus, we have created a series of workshops which will be led by some of the incredible folx we have interviewed who are open to passing on their knowledge.

We are offering the YEOJA community the chance to come together and learn from various educators. Workshops will be given on anything from learning a new skill, to focusing on personal well being, to striving for professional growth.

Special priority will be given to BIPOC, q***r, femme, and non-binary folx, as well as those struggling financially.

PASS IT ON is finally back, and we are coming at you hard with a DJ workshop for beginners facilitated by Berlin-based DJ Arlenys () hosted by NTS () on Bürknerstr. 6, Berlin, Germany 12047 on the 5th of September (Thursday) with Arlenys, a Berlin-based DJ at 19:30-21:30 (CET)!

A workshop for aspiring DJs who want to learn the essentials of digital mixing. We will cover beat matching, mixing, phrasing, and using Rekordbox to curate a set. We will be learning on a Xone 92 and XDJ 700.

NEW ARTICLE ONLINE NOW: is an arts & culture venue that has been committed to fostering q***r*feminist and diasporic cultural diversity, promoting artistic freedom, and providing a platform for marginalized voices in Berlin’s cultural landscape since its founding in 2020.

Now, due to the current political climate in Berlin (and Germany as a whole) - namely, Germany’s unwavering pro-Isreali stance on the genocide being committed against the Palestinain people - the fate of Oyoun has been placed in uncertainty.

“NYC has the most vibrant underground scene in the world because of us. We are creating so much beauty around us and offering different portals to our world week after week. But somehow we are still struggling to make ends meet. We’re not yet getting the visibility we deserve, it’s as if we are still trapped in a bubble. But I just feel like something big is coming for us soon and it is only a matter of time before the bubble bursts and we are able to find new ways to thrive”

“We crafted a casting of women that we see as powerful figures with interesting careers. They evolve in various fields and have different work models but all unite on the extra challenges they have to face when identifying as women.

Despite the progress we’ve obviously made in the last fifty years, our society still needs to put in the work to overcome inequalities and violence that take place in the working environment. It takes so many forms and we want this change to happen faster for the younger generation of women to have access to leadership positions, fair salaries, and basic respect with a zero tolerance policy on any form of harassment.

With PLAYBABE we want to remind every woman and girl that they are the only ones that can define what success means for them. They should never let society or anyone make them doubt their goals and values and we hope that by creating these powerful images we can be a daily reminder of it.”

has digitally released the 2nd part of the compilation alongside with support from us,() Thanks to for co-releasing part 1🖤

We repeat our demand for a ceasefire and release of hostages, joining many, many people, institutions, collectives and everyday people from around the world.

Currently, 100% of proceeds will be diverted privately to a women’s centre in Gaza with funds being used to distribute dignity kits directly to displaced women and families there.

PLAYBABE is a non-profit that raises funds for feminist associations by producing erotic calendars and fundraising events. YEOJA joined PLAYBABE co-founders Aurélia () and Lucy (.ow.j) to talk business: on workplace equity, hot corporate babes, and the politics of self-representation.

UPDATE: Given the amount of submissions we decided to split the compilation release in two parts. Decolonoize collective Berlin took the lead in curating Part 1.

This unique collaboration hosted and amplified on L-KW’s Bandcamp highlights a selection from Decolonoize primarily amplifying BIPoC, FLINTA, and their allies in calling for a ceasefire and release of hostages.

In the coming days, L-KW will release Part 2 on our Bandcamp with additional artist/ally submissions from this call.

In light of the intensified, deaths of innocent people and civilians occurring between Gaza and Israel since October 7th, 2023 we - as multiple labels, artists, and collectives - have cooperated to raise our collective voice in demanding an immediate ceasefire and the release of hostages.

We yearn for a feminist response to a crisis that has been on the political agenda for longer than any of us have been alive, creating trauma upon trauma.

If you would like to purchase the compilation, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to supporting the distribution of dignity kits directly on the ground, to affected women and families in Gaza.

This compilation is one of the most direct ways - as artists, musicians, and sound workers - we can take to address and speak to the atrocities unfolding.

Please ignite your compassion and empathy by thinking of others.

In light of the intensified killing of people between Gaza and Israel since October 7th, 2023 is supporting and in launching an album compilation to raise funds and send aid directly to the Center for Women’s Legal Research, Counseling and Protection, an active, on-the-ground organization in Gaza.

100% of the proceeds will go directly to women and families in need.
