This set is a bittersweet memory. Originally, I Lena Brumby invited me to Paloma share the night and booth with her. Then, last minute really, she got sick and had to cancel. So, instead, I found scrambling to prepare to open the night to hand over to Ed Herbst for the closing.

I tend to be rather pedantic when preparing my set. There was no time for this. Luckily, one of the most enthusiastic crowds I’ve ever played for made it easy to just pick the next track, and the next, and the next.

So, this is my essence of House Music. It looks back at the past twelve years of DJing, while looking into the future. In the end, that’s what House Music should be about. Sharing a night, respectfully, dancing, happy.

Thanks to all souls who made this possible.
