For our client »Elea Technology« we developed a teaser for the »Elea PEF Advantage Demo Days 2019«: three days of expert talks, insights and demonstrations about Pulsed Electric Field in the food industry. On top of that we documented a world record attempt: the world longest French fry! Due to PEF's remarkable and transformative effects on food, the lengths of the French fry reached 324cm in length. Impressive! We are looking forward to more records ;)
