Hi there

Hi! I'm Ainsley. I’m a producer, songwriter and sound engineer with 2 Latin Grammy awards. I got my first studio job 20 years ago and have been involved in the music business ever since. I learnt most of the trade at Kensaltown Studios in London, where I started as a beat programmer and demo producer. I assisted countless writing and recording sessions under the mentorship of Sacha Skarbek (James Blunt, Miley Cyrus) and Martin Terefe (Jason Mraz, Train, James Morrison), and eventually became one of the in-house engineers. I was very lucky to work with some incredible artists in various capacities, including Adele, Lisa-Marie Presley, Jessie J, The Kooks, Beverley Knight, Jesse & Joy and many more.

I now live in Berlin, and direct a small production team from our fully equipped 3-room recording and production facility. I am mostly focused on songwriting and production in the context of artist development, but also enjoy mixing and mastering. I work with many other writers, producers and artists from the Berlin and international scene, and on a wide range of genres generally connected to pop music. I call all that Brave Musik.
