Hailing from Bali, Indonesia, DBRA is a rising talent whose music reflects a rich tapestry of global influences fused with cutting-edge electronic production. Known for her dynamic performances at major festivals like Wonderfruit and Odyssey Festival, as well as her residencies at W Bali and Savaya, DBRA has played alongside world-renowned artists like Sabo, Goldcap, Lost Desert, and Boris Brejcha. She has released tracks on labels such as Café De Anatolia and Lump Records, with her music gaining support from key figures in the scene like Blondi, Acid Pauli, and Be Svendsen.

Higher was born from a profound moment DBRA experienced while watching "Interstellar" movie, particularly a scene about the transcendence of love. "There's a specific scene in it that kept repeating in my mind," she explains. "It was when they’re talking about the profound meaning of love, how love is transcendental and remains as something that is beyond our understanding.

At the time, I was also working on a track and I thought that Interstellar moment should be a part of it. So I decided to build this track based on the scene. Musically, this track is interesting because the mood of the inspiration is quite sad, but the beat of the track itself is groovy and uplifting. I then created 'Blue' to complement 'Higher'. This track has a warmer feeling to it. It starts off with a relaxing and mellow vibe, and as the track progresses, it starts becoming more dynamic and radiant."

The result is Higher, a piece that combines a melancholic mood with groovy, uplifting beats. The second track, Blue, was created as a complement, starting with a warm, mellow vibe and evolving into something more dynamic and radiant. Sounds Of Sirin proudly presents the release of the 'Sdelay Pogromche' EP by the dynamic duo, Come Closer. This marks their third release on the label, following the successful 'Ram Tam Tam' EP in 2022 and 'Tribal Mibal' EP in 2023.

Come Closer is a collaborative project formed by the celebrated DJs and producers, Mike Spirit and Asaga, who are known for their innovative contributions to Highway Records. Under this new moniker, they present a unique sonic vision for modern dance floors, expertly blending elements of deep, organic, and progressive house with tribal grooves and crisp percussion.

Mike Spirit is a pioneer in the Eastern European electronic music scene, with over 25 years of experience. His influential career includes significant roles in major projects like Kazantip, Alfa Future People, and the Sochi Winter Music Conference, along with the renowned Highway label nights. Together with Asaga, they create hypnotic and atmospheric patterns, seamlessly integrating ethnic motifs with funk and rock elements into the electronic framework of their dance tracks, evident in their original productions and remixes.

Their distinct sound has already found a home on prestigious labels such as Matthias Meyer's Strangely Enough, Guy Mantzur's Moments, Mobilee Records, and Global Underground. Their debut collaboration with Dave Pad of Volen Sentir, 'Plany Na Budushee,' an Indian summer anthem with vocoded vocals and dreamy synths, was released on Dave's Forestrip Music. Additionally, their highly anticipated track 'Still Life,' a hit from Tulum 2022 with its pulsating bassline, is now available on the legendary Renaissance Records as part of the Merin EP Vol.5.
