Religio, A Journal for the Study of Religions, is the oldest Religious Studies academic journal in Czechia, founded in 1993. It publishes articles, commentaries, discussions, documents translations, reports and book reviews relevant to the academic Study of Religions. It is open to contributions concerning any religious tradition, contemporary or ancient, as well as contributions that discuss theo
ries, methods and approaches within the Study of Religions. Religio is indexed in SCOPUS (Q2), ERIH+ and in the Czech government’s official list of peer-reviewed periodicals. It is also included in EBSCO database (since 2011) and the Index to the Study of Religions (Brill).
