When John Lennon, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, and Mitch Mitchell rocked "Yer Blues," it was pure magic. Lennon formed a one-time supergroup called "The Dirty Mac," with Clapton on lead guitar, Richards on bass, and Mitch Mitchell from The Jimi Hendrix Experience on drums. Lennon took the mic and guitar, creating a moment for the ages.

Phil co-wrote One Slip from Pink Floyd's 1987 album A Momentary Lapse Of Reason, co-produced David Gilmour's 2006 album On An Island (and was in David's band for the tours in Europe and North America, played on David Gilmour's Rattle That Lock album, and helped bring together the pieces of music which eventually became Pink Floyd's final album, The Endless River, which he was also co-producer for.
