EDT Offshore, a leading provider of integrated marine and subsea services, and Synergy Marine Group, a global ship management company, are pleased to announce the formation of EDT Synergy Shipmanagement Ltd, a joint venture designed to deliver tailored ship management solutions to the offshore industry.

EDT Synergy Shipmanagement Ltd will address key challenges in offshore vessel management, including the high energy demands of dynamic positioning, limited access to alternative fuels, and the growing need for sustainable retrofitting. Leveraging advanced technologies and best practices, the joint venture aims to provide customised management solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the offshore sector.

Important Highlights:

• The Karaiskakio Foundation will be present, offering the opportunity to donate bone marrow samples for those who are eligible.
• Male blood donors will also receive a free prostate blood test upon request during their donation.

The event is held under the auspices of Ms. Annita Demetriou, President of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus.

🌬️ EDT Aeolus has recently concluded its drydocking and undergone extensive maintenance at our Limassol, Cyprus facility. As the final phase of this maintenance, a fresh bollard pull test was successfully conducted, demonstrating an impressive pulling force of 103 tons under DNV supervision. The bollard pull test is a standard procedure for new tugs upon delivery from the shipyard. It provides a precise measurement of the pulling force a tug can exert.
