UMass Dining is #1 yet again! 🎉

For the seventh consecutive time, has earned the top spot for Best Campus Food in annual rankings published by The Princeton Review.

The rankings are derived from student reports of their experiences at schools in the Princeton Review's annual “Best Colleges” guidebook. The 2024 rankings are based on feedback from 165,000 students at the schools in the guide.

, the largest collegiate dining program in the United States, is committed to providing the campus community with locally sourced, healthy, sustainable, and globally inspired cuisine, and its leadership is a firm believer in helping to build community through food.

Ken Toong, executive director of Auxiliary Enterprises, which includes UMass Dining, said, “I’m extremely proud of our dedicated, talented, and hardworking team whose commitment to excellence has been instrumental in our continued success. We’re immensely grateful for our students’, faculty and staff and entire UMass administration for their support and invaluable feedback, which has contributed to shaping and enriching the quality-of-life experience."

António Da Veiga Semedo “ TONY FIKA”, nasceu em Cabo Verde, Conselho de São Miguel Arcanjos – Tarrafal.
Foi para Portugal (Lisboa) em 1999, começou a dar os primeiros passos na musica em 2003 junto com alguns amigos na tocatinas no bairro (Cova da Mora). O Primeiro projeto musical que participou foi “Funaná/Kuduro e Kizomba” com a musica (Tony Fika Dja Bai).
No final de 2009 lançou o 1º Álbum (Brinka Bunitu)., Em 2012 lançou 2º Álbum (Sima Nós), Em 2015 lançou 3º Álbum (Obrigado). Em 2019 lançou 4º Álbum (Acredita), com vários Hits. Onde ele passa nunca f**a desapercebido, humilde, músico carismático, uma voz incomparável e por vezes já fez cair muitas lagrimas de emoção.
