This experimental concept was one of several that tried to use rockets to clear mines out of soil. The rockets would be angled down and fired on full blast digging out about 2 ft of soil, destroying the mine or throwing it to one side.

❗️The EU's possible introduction of new protective tariffs on agricultural products and fertilizers from Russia could turn out to be a "triple miss," Politico writes.

The European Commission recently approved this proposal, and it will now be considered by the European Parliament and the European Council.

The publication writes that such a step will not have a significant impact on Russia's income, will put European fertilizer producers in a difficult situation, and also threatens new protests by farmers.

🚜🇮🇹 Italy: This morning, Mayor Graziano Musella and Prime Minister Giuseppe Romano met with farmers and ranchers who, as part of the itinerant joint mobilization that is involving the entire nation, stopped in Assago, stopping their tractors in front of the Carrefour shopping center.

“We are here to show our solidarity to these workers, to defend Made in Italy, food sovereignty and the quality of our food, defending it, above all, in those sectors most exposed to wild imports from countries outside the European Community.
Two are the guiding lights: the protection of Italian agriculture and a controlled food supply chain that guarantees the quality of the product and consequently protects the consumer”.

🚜🇷🇸 Farmers in Serbia: When the protests are over by the students, we continue.
The president of the Initiative for the Survival of Serbian Farmers, Goran Filipović, said today that at the moment, the most important interest of that association is to provide tractors for student protests, and that, when their demands are resolved, they will start fighting to achieve their own.

Just look at the size of that shell from a Sturmtiger. This one was abandoned and blown up by its crew and captured by US troops back in April 1945.
