Metro Taste Awards 2024 meeting was held at the Kovačević wine house, Irig, on Wednesday 24.07.2024.🍷

The Kovačević wine house was the last year's Taste Awards laureate. An experienced and hard-working team hosted the event. The guests enjoyed the wines and the dishes they were paired with. Winery Kovačević with more than one million and two hundred produced bottles per year and their focus on the Serbian market is a great example of quality and persistent work and investment. With new wines from organic production, they further confirm their position as leaders among winemakers in Serbia 🇷🇸

In the restaurant "Tchaikovsky" Tchaikovsky Restaurant Belgrade in the famous Hotel Moskva in Belgrade, the first in a series of "Diplomacy & Commerce" magazine dinners was organized.🍛🍲🥙

The menu, which was served to the guests present, included: excellent steak tartare, rolls with prosciutto, mozzarella and zucchini; tagliatelle with gambori and saffron; Saint Jaques Kapistante, Lime Sorbet, tuna in black sesame or steak in olive oil and finally Moscow schnitzel and raspberry gratin. All of this is washed down with Dragić wines.🍷

The pianist behind the concert piano performed works by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Dmitri Shostakovich and famous film scores. At the table were - a composer, an actor and a singer, journalists, an actress, a gastro-blogger, a painter, a chef, a manager, an opera singer, two ambassadors and a princess. 👑

The idea of these dinners is to bring together members of different social groups of the Serbian capital with delicious food, first-class wines and enjoying classical music 🎶

Digital violence is widespread, persistent and ubiquitous. Even though it is done online - the fear, anxiety, loss of self-confidence and feeling of helplessness are very real and permanent.

Bodyright campaign arrives at Exit!

The United Nations Population Fund in Serbia continues with the promotion of the "own your body online" campaign and is coming to the world-famous Exit festival! We will hang out on Saturday, July 13 at the Petrovaradin Fortress.

We are excited about the opportunity to share this important campaign with such a large audience and we are sure that our messages, especially important for young people who spend the most time online, will be a great opportunity for them to be informed about their rights and the protection mechanisms available to them.

The web remembers and we have to find ways to feel safe because "your body is yours online and in the real world"! You can support the campaign by adding the bodyright sticker on your profiles, which you can find using Instagram search or at unfpa.org/bodyright

Alphaville and Big EU Party postponed to June 24 The "Big EU Party" event, initially scheduled for May 12 in Belgrade, Serbia, has been postponed to June 24 due to the tragic events that took place in Serbia the previous week. The EU delegation announced the decision in line with the performers, including Alphaville, Nipplepeople, Stereobanana, and several DJs. The venue, Hangar 1 in the Port of Belgrade, remains unchanged, as does the program schedule and artist line-up. Marijan Gold, the frontman of Alphaville, expressed his condolences for the lives lost in the recent tragedy.
