I have some very important news for you my friends have you ever heard of the term glamping? I hate that term so I'm changing it as of today remember it because you'll start hearing it eventually we'll be offering "elevated outdoorsmanship" starting in January at www.cabotierra.com Living a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle is not easy necessarily and it takes thought and effort to guard our planet so glamping is not right it is entirely too insubstantial for what we're trying to do here. So "elevated outdoorsmanship" it is I will keep you updated as far as our open date but it will be cool and our stargazer tents will be unique, 15 ft high ceilings elegant appointments a Persian rug and a champagne bucket with open panels to the sky you will feel like you're outdoors it'll be fantastic. Did I mention it will be a gourmet 3-day package. Mark and I are discussing a menu now that will blow you away using local ingredients very elegantly it's all I can say so far just to give you a taste how does oyster Rockefeller omelette sound to you or a smoked locally caught smoked grouper eggs benedict that's one of the breakfast items I can promise you that menuwill keep getting more interesting as we go I'm very excited about that part of it

Our future depends on us listening to the tenets of this video it's a beautiful example of why we need to protect Costa Rica from greed commercialism and rampant accumulation for it's own sake. I learned a cool fact from this video Costa rica's biodiversity was truly highlighted by the fact that on average over 85 different species of trees reside on every hectare of land in Costa Rica incredible biodiversity the more we protect that while considering the carbon consequences, the more the endangered species are also protected listen to Jane Goodall guys she's got it down

Believe it or not this article cause a bit of a Ruckus when several of the senior members contacted me about it with concern one was polite and we had a good conversation about it, we agreed to disagree he even invited me to become a member, the second the president of the organization was quite rude and demanding that I take the thing down which by the way we do not do.
