Meet Louis Wall, the TV businessman!📺
Telemundo is pretty famous in Costa Rica, and everybody loves the novelas here. I grew up watching one or two... When I got the opportunity to take Louis' Spanish to the next level, I just could not believe it! Nevertheless, to say that the offer took me by surprise, and after a few months, I was still in disbelief.
I knew I was working with the President and CEO of this prestigious broadcasting company, but I was also meeting Louis as a person outside of the business world, and I gotta say, I was enjoying that even more. What an incredible family man and human being he is! His love for his family and his career is something that I really admire.
I'm not joking when I say that I love what I do, and I'm fortunate enough to work with the best people. Mr. Wall is a busy man, but his dedication to perfecting his Spanish gladly connects us on Zoom every weekend, except for today. Happy Memorial Weekend, USA!
I haven't had the opportunity to meet Louis in person, but I'm certainly looking forward to that day. For now, we're constantly in touch, practicing Spanish back and forth, and this is a short example of one of his audio messages on WhatsApp.
Every time I get a WhatsApp from Louis, I smile, and I cannot wait to listen to what he has to say. We try to cover normal life and business stuff at the same time, and I gotta say, I've learned a lot about television as well.

Also, Costa Rica! This is what a $5M home looks like in my favorite town in Guanacaste, Las Catalinas. 🏡✨
The European architecture in this charming little town is stunning and offers a unique side of Costa Rica. Even the locals, or "Ticos," love to vacation here, although it's definitely a luxury as rentals in this area are pricey.
And let's not forget the gorgeous beachfront! Playa Danta is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by serene nature that creates a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It's what makes this place truly special and one-of-a-kind. I can't get enough of it!
Last week, I had the privilege of attending an event organized by Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica, where I got to explore one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen. The luxury of this place took me by surprise, exceeding all my expectations!
A special shoutout to Rebecca Clower, the owner of Blue Water Properties, for hosting such a wonderful event, and of course, Wendy Stoneham. You'll meet Wendy soon, but for now, I'll just say that she's not only an amazing woman but also a wonderful real estate agent in Guanacaste Province.
Wendy helped me find not just any home, but the best and safest home that perfectly suits my needs, just a few steps away from one of the most stunning beaches in Costa Rica. I'll be forever grateful for that!
