As Email Marketing Manager, you’ll help us evolve our strategy for customer lifecycle communications. Your job is to use email to convert leads, increase customer retention, shift consumer behavior from phone to digital channels and build strong B2B client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage email testing strategy, project planning and ex*****on by agencies and/or contractors.

Oversee creation of B2B and B2C campaigns including transactional messages, lead nurturing, triggered sends, welcome/onboarding campaigns, sales promotions and newsletters.

Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams including I.T., Marketing and call centers.

Manage and facilitate the integration of call center CRM(s) and other external platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Provide subject matter expertise to Customer Service, Sales, Service Network Management, and other departments on how they can use email to improve communication and drive business outcomes.

Devise programs to capture and validate email and mobile phone data from customers and improve deliverability rates.

Ensure proper legal compliance for email and other digital marketing communications.

Supervise email agency, contractors and other vendors as needed.

Explore and evaluate digital platforms for email, SMS, mobile push alerts and other touchpoints.

Provide additional digital marketing and website support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field.

5 years’ experience building, deploying and optimizing email campaigns of various types.

Proven track record of using email testing and optimization to improve conversion rates.

Technical proficiency:

Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ability to be “hands on” when needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all emails.

Basic HTML and photo editing.

Ability to build content blocks, journey’s and Cloud Pages within Marketing Cloud

Understanding of databases and ability to build queries to segment customers.

Experience creating and publishing web content using Liferay or other CMS.

Experience using Ion Interactive or other landing page creation and testing platform a plus.

Ability to quickly analyze data from multiple sources—including web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing databases and Business Intelligence platforms—to create reports and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.

Flexible and adaptable, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

Keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Market Researcher

We are looking for a strong Market Researcher to help us better identify capture our total addressable market (TAM), help determine base level needs for this market and pressure test the alignment of our products and positioning statements in the home services space. For this position, we are looking for an individual with proven experience across mixed-methods (expert in both qualitative and quantitative methods), with an understanding of how to identify and integrate diverse sources of insights.
The right candidate will have done rigorous, creative, impactful primary research both online and offline, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator and driven by providing compelling and relevant actionable insights to help us achieve our aggressive growth goals.

What you’ll do
• Work with cross-functional departments to identify and prioritize knowledge gaps in our understanding of our home service plan experience
• Define, scope, facilitate and execute marketing and user research studies
• Design research studies that drive tactical and strategic Product/Service decisions and address both user behavior and customer sentiment
o Qualitative and quantitative research, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys, win-loss analyses, market opportunity
• Analyze, synthesize and report key takeaways to stakeholders that influence Marketing/Brand and Product decisions
• Identify business opportunities and escalate risks
• Thrive in a remote environment and act as the research advocate for data-driven decisions throughout the broader organization

What you’ll bring
• 5+ year’s experience conducting research either client or vendor side, including working with key stakeholders to understand and clarify their people research needs, and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field. Masters preferred.
• 3+ year’s of applying multivariate statistical methods with non-equivalent groups; such as: regression adjustment, matching, propensity score stratification, classification, dimension reduction, probabilistic, deterministic, clustering, random effects, modeling, etc.
• Demonstrated experience managing large qualitative/quantitative research on branding and marketing campaigns, product development and customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and natural curiosity
