General information
Within 15 years’development, China Fashion Week has become not only a top-rated platform for fashion design, ready-to-wear, accessories, styling and other new designs and new technologies in China, but also a world renowned platform for promoting brands, displaying originality and broadcasting fashion trends. Till now, more than 310 designers from over ten countries such as China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, France, Italy, the United States, Russia, Britain, Switzerland, Germany and Holland, and about 340 fashion brands and organizations have held 724 fashion shows. Over 2500 young designers and models have taken part in 95 professional contest finals. China Fashion Week attracts hundreds of media from all over the world each season. In 2011, China Fashion Week set strategic cooperation with Mercedes-Benz that has listed China Fashion Week in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Weeks worldwide. China Fashion Week has stepped on to a new stage to globalization.
