Name of Project: Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Rural Education Fellowship
# of Fellow: 30 International Teaching Fellows
Pay: 230$ to 300$ per Month

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and Run your own ADx Learning Lab for the Placement School on the principles of Frugal Innovation.
2. Facilitate 4 Daily Activity Sessions of our Curriculum to 160 students across batches at the Lab.
3. Work on a secondary project along with the students to improve the School’s overall learning capacity.
4. Fellows have the opportunity to introduce technology and internet to a community that has never experienced it before.
5. Work with your co-fellow at placement school to design and deliver learning experiences for the whole school to become
better learners. Co-fellow not guaranteed for all placement schools.
6. Work to achieve 100% adoption of all initiatives by the School ecosystem along with the School Management.
7. Evaluate efficacy of the curriculum every week and contribute to curriculum improvement.

DATES:

ARRIVAL: ON OR BEFORE JULY 1, 2018
FELLOWSHIP START DATE: JULY 15, 2018
FELLOWSHIP END DATE (Option 1): JANUARY 15, 2019

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
1. Autodidacts required.
2. High proficiency in English Language.
3. Ability to adapt with and be openminded about cultures.
4. Good interaction and prioritisation skills while dealing with myriad of tasks.
5. Leadership skills which would help bring out the leader in others.
6. Resilience and iterative at work.
7. Mentally prepared for living in a low-resource rural setting.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
This experience will change your life in ways you had never imagined, and will teach you to look at life in a different way!
Additionally, the role is a paid one, and you’ll be given 230$ to 300$ per month as a stipend. Besides, the accommodation, food, and internal city transportation will be taken care of by KAARMIC.
