✳️ I wish I understood what it meant to establish a brand, build friendship and trust in Ngong Sandra’s voice. And not treat my business casually. The same energy you put into your business is the same energy your customers receive and that will affect how they will buy from you.

✳️ I wish I knew more about content marketing, very important aspect. You can’t establish a brand, nor build relationships and trust without creating content.

✳️ I wish I knew how to leverage on the different social media platforms for the benefit of my business. Social Media is an important tool for all businesses especially small businesses who don’t have a physical shop. Social media can give you all the customers you need if you are ready to put in the work.

✳️ I wish I never let go of my habit of reading books, Yeah books, books can take you where you’ve never been, teach you what you never learned in school because most writers are people with first hand experience.

✳️ I wish i took the marketing aspect of my business on a more serious note. A business cannot grow without you putting it in the face of people.

We make mistakes everyday as humans but learning from them is where our growth will come from. If your not ready to take the risk and make your own share of mistakes , then, your not ready to face life talk less of doing business.

One marketing mistake when writing copies that we often make is selling the feature of our product instead of the benefit.

For example, a cake vendor might say our cakes are super delicious and contains CMC.

Now the tendency is, someone will be tempted to ask So What?

They don't know what is cmc so how is that CMC in your cake going to help them?

So instead of ending only at it contains Cmc tell them how cmc will benefit them if they buy your cake.

Cmc keep cakes in their original form even if it's to travel long distance especially fondant cakes. It equally helps keep cakes from being moist when you're in a warm environment meaning you can keep them for a long period without having to worry that they might melt.

This explanation alone must trigger that desire to buy from your customer.

Because you've let them understand how your product can benefit them.

This goes the same for a wig Vendor, yes your wig is straight bone hair, so what? It's tangled free so what?

Always use the so what approach to flip the feature of your product to benefit.

I strongly recommend you always take time out to figure out how beneficial your business can benefit your customer before you put it out not the other way around.

Don't forget to note that: features Tell but benefits Sell.

My name is Nteff Patience Nange, I'm a digital marketer which I simply define as using the digital space EFFECTIVELY to sell your business, skills or talent

Having tried 3 substantial businesses online and not succeeding was the beginning of my quest for knowledge on digital marketing. I just needed to know exactly what the problem was and where I was failing.

First off, I've always loved manipulating anything digital. Be it a phone, a digital watch or any digital gadget.

I quite remember way back when android phones were just introduced and I had my first 'android' 🤪 the whole of that day I didn't sleep until I knew every function of all the applications on the phone. And that got me a name from my mum as "ma phone". 🙈

My passion grew even stronger as I was challenged by how I saw people making money online with just little things.

My desire to undergo the training was solely to elevate my business but when I realized how much I didn't know and how much I had learned in the trainings, I couldn't stop but notice the mistakes others are making on this space too which lighted my desire to share the knowledge.

When I look at people I see untold brands and potentials that can attract millions.

As a doctor, nurse, housewife, teacher, or someone with skills or talents or any other passion, you can dominate on social media.

People have platforms in which they can let out all that they have inside but, you have social media. In as much as these platforms have been abused, you can be that change by using them the right way.

Because I would love to see all those untold brands, skills, talents and passions exposed, I have chosen to walk this path with you.
