Enow Ako Donates School Supplies to 15 Local Students

Some 15 pupils and students are now ready to embrace the four walls of their classrooms with ease, this was after a generous gesture aimed at supporting local education was initiated by Mr. Enow Ako, a renowned career coach, development expert, and consultant with Dream FM Buea. The move saw him distribut essential school supplies to 15 students on Saturday September 14 2024. The event which held at the Dream FM 88.9 Buea, saw the children receive exercise books, pens, rulers, and pencils, ensuring they are well-equipped for the upcoming academic year.

Mr. Ako, known for his commitment to educational advancement and community development, spearheaded the donation initiative. His efforts, complemented by a strong team from Dream FM, underscore a commitment to alleviating some of the challenges faced by students and their families. “Education is the cornerstone of our future, and we believe that providing these tools will empower these students to achieve their best,” Mr. Ako stated during the handover ceremony.

Bishop Rene Isah, a respected journalist at Dream FM 88.9 Buea, played a pivotal role in the distribution process. Alongside Mr. Ako, Bishop Isah helped organize the event, ensuring that each student received their supplies personally. His involvement reflects a broader dedication to community support, extending beyond his journalistic duties.

The radio station’s staff were also on hand, contributing to the smooth ex*****on of the event. Their assistance included coordinating logistics and interacting with the families of the students. The collective effort highlighted Dream FM’s ongoing commitment to enhancing educational opportunities in the region.

As the academic year begins, this act of kindness provides a significant boost to the students’ preparedness and morale. The gesture is a reminder of the positive impact that community-focused initiatives can have on local education.

"Politicians should be your humble servants, not your almighty masters", a quote I read in 2017. I distanced myself from politicians because it was hard to find them serve. Fast forward to 2024, here is Hon. Malomba Esembe of Buea Urban Constituency. It is the "Na we we" football tournament organised to advocate for peace and living together. The serving law maker has removed his coat as MP and is serving. Here he is washing the hands and a player. This act alone has changed my perspective of politicians.

Malomba is the future. Thank you honourable.

Numerous sources are reporting that an accident has claimed the lives of many persons along the Yaounde-Bafoussam road. The accident which reportedly occurred at 2:30am breaking this morning involved an interurban transport vehicle belonging to Dynamic Voyages claimed the lives of at least 8 persons while causing enormous material damage.
