I was trying to imitate Ruffa Gutierrez's voice— you know, that "pabakla" but "conyo" sound—while arguing with her mother, Annabelle Rama. Who wouldn’t love to see her in person for a meet-and-greet? INFORMATION:
This coming Sunday (September.29.2024)
is Migrant's Day in Sulz Rickenbach, Zürich.

The event will start at 10 AM with a mass led by our Filipino priest, Father Julipros. There will be many Filipino stalls, and lunch will be available for 10 CHF, which includes a menu with rice.

The Embassy of the Philippines will be there for an outreach program. If you don’t have time to go to Bern, you can process your paperwork on-site. Please bring all necessary documents and download the required forms from their website. They will assist with services such as renewing passports, issuing new passports, processing affidavits, acknowledgments, NBI clearances, and voter registration. (Kindly check the guidelines at the link below.)

Filipino Voices Magazine Launch!
Dear Filipino Community in Switzerland,

I’m reaching out to share the exciting launch of our Filipino magazine, which supports a cause that is close to my heart. We are selling the Filipino Voices magazine, and your help would mean the world to us!

I have dedicated the last six months to creating this magazine, pouring my passion and effort into it. My vision for this platform is to BUILD A BRIDGE for the Filipino community in Switzerland, helping us connect and support each other. I hope to publish this magazine annually, featuring different faces of Filipinos in Switzerland and showcasing all the happenings and stories relevant to Filipinos living here. The proceeds from the magazine, after deducting all processing costs (such as designer fees, editor-in-chief fees, and printing costs), will go directly to our foundation, which aims to support the yearly education fees of less fortunate Mangyan children in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. We hope to expand our efforts to other regions in the Philippines to empower indigenous people who currently lack access to education. Every sale will help provide these children with the opportunity to go to school and build a brighter future.
