Präsens Editionen was founded in 2011 to give home to zweikommasieben Magazin. Ever since a bunch o If that sounds cool, feel free to say hi!

Ever since a bunch of magazines, books, zines, records, tapes and oddities have been published. We’re open for project suggestions; and our interests are quite broad. However, please take the time to look at the realized projects to get an idea what’s going to happen and what’s rather not going to happen. Further, we’re an independent organization and our resources are limited (which means we’re not just doing it all for you).

A week ago, we released ’s incredible new album Paradoks in collaboration with our Torino BFFs 🥹 The release features a superhot longsleeve with some of the amazing illustrations by that accompany the album’s 8 tracks ✍️ It’s a limited edition of shirts, and you know how it goes 📈 So better be quick and order one for yourself 👘 Also, don’t forget to listen to the actual music—stream the album on your favorite DSP or grab the files on BC 💸 All relevant links in 🧡

This is & , respectively 👋 We are big fans of their work 💞 That’s why we have published records by Red On and Martina, and records with artworks by Subrihanna in the past 💽🎨🔊 The three of them will be performing at tomorrow night, which is the PERFECT reason to take a trip to the outskirts of Düdingen 🚂 So… see you there? 🥹

This is 😎🔊🔥 Last Friday, we have released “Nie Boję Się”, the first single from his upcoming album Paradoks, a joint release by and 😌🦆⏰ Like the album, “Nie Boję Się” is inspired by Eastern European spirituality, folk traditions, eurodance and R’n’B. The track is suspended in a continuous state of becoming, hovering between a ballad and a club banger. It takes its title (meaning “I’m not afraid” in Polish) from the first line of the lyrical meditation on the relationship between fear and desire delivered in spalarnia’s trademark voice oscillating between singing and speaking, calmness and intensity. We just discovered another box of last year’s Weltformat Magazine 23 👀📦😅 The issue took up the theme of the 2023 edition of Graphic Design Festival “Life’s a Pitch” ✍️📈🤑 The magazine accompanied the festival and commissioned itself to observe, complement, and record. Sure thing we are sad that the current iteration of .ch is coming to an end 😩💚🎭 We saw a lot of great works over the past 3 years. And on 1 occasions we even collaborated with the OG institution 😎 Back in 2022 we co-published an album by The Ring Orchestra, an 8-person effort to tackle opera and 1 of the genre’s poster boys 👱 The artists , , , , , .a.huelsenbeck , , and created a collaborative musical score that uses Richard Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen as the point of departure ⚠️💍🎶 The music was created for a staging of Der Ring des Nibelungen directed by Christopher Rüping and written by . Some copies of the double LP incl. a booklet is still available in our webshop / on our Bandcamp (see ). Aaaand, tonight 4 members of the orchestra are playing at as a part of Schauspielhaus’ Abschlussfestival 🥲🎉👋

This 1 was released a week ago and we are still super hyped about it 🙃 Anom Vitruv’s new album 6.4311 🌸 The record is full of philosophical references around being, time, space, death, and the worthwhile life that not only are visible in the album title and through the artist’s use of samples but are directly manifested in the structure and atmosphere of the music itself. The album is deeply contemplative in its approach. The constant oscillation between the abstract and the concrete, the elaborate build-ups, the subtle emergence and disappearance of elements, and his careful take on layering sounds are all factors that make 6.4311 an engaging album from start to finish. Available on CD and as a digital album via 📲
