👩🏼‍💻 To me, digital tools, including various platforms and messengers, played a crucial role in alleviating of isolation during the pandemic.

These technical channels enabled me to connect with both local and global communities, fostering a sense of and as you shared experiences and interacted with inspiring individuals.

To me, the using tech for a stronger sense of inclusion are:
1️⃣ Global Connectivity
2️⃣ Accessible Communication
3️⃣ Diverse Representation
4️⃣ Online Learning and Skill Development
5️⃣ Workplace Inclusion

"There are so many things I'd like to do, but I don't dare..."—I'd already be rich if I got 5 Swiss Francs every time I heard this statement 😎

Indeed, taking bold decisions can certainly be frightening. When we make bold decisions, we are often stepping out of our and into unfamiliar territory.

Taking often involves risk and uncertainty, which can also be anxiety-inducing. We may worry about the potential consequences of our actions, and whether we have the skills, resources, and support we need to succeed.

These are doubts that our panelists Ella Stadler and Ondine Riesen, co-founder Ting.community, have experienced many times; and despite all the fears and anxieties about what could go wrong, they did it anyway. At our Lakeside Chat, they talk about their experiences, how they dealt with their fear and how they successfully took supposed risks.
