A wani lokaci na musamman da ya nuna kulawar Gwamnatin Jahar Kano ga cigaban matasa, Gwamna Abba Kabir Yusuf ya shirya liyafar cin abinci ga daliban da s**a kammala karatun Digiri na Biyu (Master's Degree) a kasashen waje. Liyafar ta gudana ne a fadar Gidan Gwamnatin Kano, inda gwamnan ya nuna jin dadinsa da alfahari da nasarorin da daliban s**a samu.

A cikin jawabinsa, Gwamna Abba Kabir Yusuf ya yabawa kokarin daliban wajen nuna hazaka da kwazo a karatunsu, tare da bayyana cewa gwamnati za ta ci gaba da tallafa wa matasa domin su zama jagororin cigaban al'umma.

Daliban sun nuna farin cikin su tare da godewa gwamnatin Kano bisa wannan dama ta musamman da ta basu damar fadada iliminsu a kasashen waje. Wannan liyafar ta kara tabbatar da kyakkyawar alakar da ke tsakanin gwamnati da al'ummar ta, musamman matasa da ake ganin su ne ginshikin ci gaban jaha da kasa baki daya.

Wannan ya kara nuna cewa Gwamnatin Abba Gida-Gida ta kuduri aniyar cika alkawuran da ta dauka wajen gina ilimi mai inganci a Kano.

SEN. KWANKWASO VISITS FORMER PRESIDENT OBASANJO IN ABEOKUTA

Eligibility Criteria For 2024/2025 Kano State Government Scholarship Scheme..

Applicants for the scholarship must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Be an indigene of Kano State;
2. Earned a First-Class Honours Degree or equivalent from a reputable
University/Institution;
3. Not more than 30 years (for 4-5 years degree) or 35 years of age (for >5 years
degree);
4. Be medically fit;
5. Be ready for a physical screening interview;
6. Has completed NYSC or obtained an exemption or exclusion certificate;
7. Not currently enjoying another scholarship or in-service full sponsorship;
8. Submit about 500 words of personal statement; and
9. Agree to abide by all conditions of the award if successful.

Note: Candidates wishing to pursue those academic programmes identified as gaps in the state service and PWDs that fulfil the criteria will be given special consideration.

1. Birth certificate,
2. Indigene certificate,
3. Primary school certificate,
