Jumar Sound Garden Four Gong Gong Bath

There is no Dogma. Just the personal experience of laying relaxed and breathing. That's all You have to do for an hour, relax and breath. Hold Yourself in the Aether and feel the shower of Sound and Vibration that energises every cell and molecule in Your body. And every atom in the Air around You and the building around You.

This is a Gong Bath with four large Paiste Gongs and our aim is to open the doors so that You might pass through and have a glimpse of Nothingness and the Everything that proceeds from it. There is a lot of Dogma and I've practiced or witnessed many sources of it. My Practice with the Gongs have helped to confirm that they all lead to one simplicity. You are IT. I know it's daunting, isn't it. It sounds psychedelic and our positive outcomes mirror the positive outcomes of microdosing with psychedelics.

Come and join our Gong Community. Bring a mat and blanket and something to rest your head on but most of all bring Yourself. Prepare Yourself with a smile and bring as least as possible of Yourself. Afterwards You can chat with fellow Gongsters or me or You can take what You have found away with You to hold onto for a little longer. It may be emotional but You will be among people who know Love and will hold You safe.

This will be our last group Gong Bath of the year for us and before the Equinox we get a Full Moon on Friday the 13th which occurs in Ta**us. So we will be well on the way to the New Year by the 11th and a Gong Bath might be just the thing to give You a clearer head before the excitement of all the celebrations lined up before us over the next few weeks.

Happy Solstice, Christmas and New Year to everybody. Thank You to everyone who has supported us over the last 5 years and thank you to those who have yet to join us, we know You are out there and can't wait to meet You in the future.

I'm heading to Crank Studios to do some recording this morning. I've recorded with my phone but the chance to work with Luke and Rob with proper equipment is very exciting. I'm hoping to capture the whole range of the Gongs and also maybe do a bit of filming too. 🙏

This morning at Castle Hill, Huddersfield .🙏

I took this on Monday. Something took me to Buckstones and I just stepped over to the rocks to enjoy the moment. I did some joining in with the Energy there and quite a bit of Sun Gazing. Then I saw the ring. At first I thought it was an outcome of Sun Gazing so asked a passer by if she could see it too, which she could. I'm sure it has a name but I enjoyed it as new experience for me. I'm not even sure how long it had been there before I noticed it. But I stayed with it for a while, looking over the Moors and seeing the contrasts it brought, and having a really good look at the 'all' of it, then made my way back to the car and drove away as it faded. I know the photo suggests a rainbow but the live experience was much more energetic than a static bow and the 'darkness' within the circle was more prominent than the video shows. I'm glad I caught it but I'm also glad that I got to spend an hour or so just standing on the Buck Stones without a care. It's a powerful place and I recommend it to anyone who wants to 'step out' for a while and return with a little bit more of what you seek. 🙏
