Just a quick pause to make some new arrows and bombs...
A big portion of your fights with giant robot dinosaurs includes slowing time down to craft ammo to continue the fight with said giant robot dino.

If you have not played Horizon series, I highly recommend it. Fun game, but even better - it has Phenomenal world building and storytelling.

Jumping at any chance to play the games at friends and cousins houses (always, always, in musty basements.)

Even now, when I go into a cool basement, I think of gaming with friends.

Give me a movie/show about the millions of hours it would take to design and build one of these bad boys - think Oppenheimer, but its a bunch of scientists and engineers racing to make a giant mech weapon before the enemies are operational. I’ll watch.

I have been watching and re-watching everything from Studio Ghibli since "Spirited Away" blew my mind as a teenager. It was great binging all the films again as I worked on this painting. I especially love how many of them really take their time with quiet little moments things, like Ponyo making Ramen, or Nausicaä encountering an Ohmu shell and carefully removing a piece. So well done.

I tried to fit in all my favourite characters and elements from the films as I could, but at some point I just had to stop or make it 3x the size!

The robot “Tune” embarks on a treacherous journey across the ocean floor in order to fulfill his mission. On his way through this alien environment, Tune meets Nara, a curious mermaid, who becomes his guide through this unfamiliar world. I've recently discovered the world of Mechanical Keyboards.

I love working with one of these now- the tactile feeling of the Clickity-Clacks. is pretty soothing/satisfying. I would recommend to anyone stuck at a keyboard for most of their day. (they are loud tho- so be aware if you have coworkers close by)

I am also a fan of playing with colour schemes, and those two things together inspired this piece. The end.
