Let’s play a game. “Name The Dishes”

There are two different dishes being served at supper tonight. Can you name them?

The one is going to be tricky - the other should be easy. What are they?

In the pic is seasoning (seasoning salt, paraley, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, rosemary, and Mexican Oregano), bacon bits, diced onions and jalapeño, a mustard chipotle aioli dip, mashed potatoes, and a home made cherry bbq sauce.

Interesting take on the fries. Personally, I’m not a fan of coated fries - but I’d give this a shot!

Dissappointing words to hear…

Tech - Your hard drive crapped out. Do you have a backup?
Me: Yup - the secondary drive D in the tower
Tech: It wasn’t a secondary drive - it was just a partition.
Me: Well…. Then nope. Crap.

Bad news - lost the original podcasts…. They were on D….

Good news - for those that were a part of the Kooks in the Kitchen podcast so far - you get to come over for some free meals and a re-do of the screwups on audio and the video recording! I won’t make anyone else do the cooking and we’ll try to keep it to under 3 hours.
