Say hi to Zach & Lexi Scherbinsky! 👋

Zach is finishing up his studies at Redeemer University and will be joining our pastoral team this January as LakePoint's new Youth Pastor.

We're thrilled to add Zach to our team!

Now, we know what you're thinking... "isn't Pastor Ethan our youth Pastor?"

Well, when Pastor Ethan joined our team, he was 23, fresh out of Bible College and a year or so into marriage. He’s now 30 with 3 kids and ready for a few less late nights.

Ethan will be moving into more of a Family Ministries role, and Rachel will be transitioning to our part-time Family Care Pastor

And so from January to April, Zach, Ethan and Rachel will all be trained in new roles…

Zach will train under Ethan and become our full-time Youth Pastor.
Ethan will train under Rachel and become our full-time Kids & Family Pastor.
& Rachel will train under Pastor Lindsay and Pastor Nathan to become our part-time Family Care Pastor - giving care to students and seniors, and everyone in between.

🎄✨ Honoring Lois Williams – Support the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation ✨🎄

Today, November 29th, would have been Lois Williams’ 86th birthday and the opening night of the 2024 Williams Light Show. Lois was the heart of the Williams Light Show, and even after losing her to cancer six years ago, we’ve continued to honor her memory through the show and by raising over $45,000 for cancer research.

While the lights won’t shine this year, we’re still accepting donations for the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation in her honor.

To help raise donations for our local Food Banks, from November 4th to December 13th, 2024, Absolute Comfort will give a discount of $3.00 per item donated (any canned or dry goods) off any service or maintenance call, up to $15.00, and we will match your donation.
