J'ai créé cette publicité parce que je voulais honorer le fait de prendre soin de notre santé mentale pour la nouvelle année. Chacun vit avec ses combats et c'est quelque chose avec lequel j'ai toujours struggle. C'est vraiment un sujet dont il faut parler et ne pas se cacher derrière. Je suis fière et heureuse de dire que j'ai réussi à trouver des moyens d'être plus heureuse et en meilleure santé, mais ce n'est pas une bataille facile et je sais que je ne suis pas seule.🧠

Fighting for mental health in 2024
I came up with the idea to make this ad because I wanted to create something that would honour taking care of our mental health for the new year. It's something I've always struggled with and it's really something to speak up about and not hide behind. I'm proud and happy to say that I've found ways to be happier and healthier, but it's not an easy battle.🧠🫀
