The elements fuel the human being’s that take the course of action… the choice to jump in the wonderful Pacific Ocean, cooling the body, mind and spirit to a center of navigation that allows the person to steer through adversity.

Today I swam for my brothers who are faces challenges, I ran to the beach on my healed ankle and swam underwater for twenty strokes.
Hitting the central nervous system twice sent me into a body breakdown for half an hour… get training to the possibilities has a cost.
