Another successful Level 1 event hosted by GNL over the weekend!

GNL Classic Cars 'N Cannoli was a hit! Over 100 classic, muscle, exotic cars, hot rods, rat rods and restomods gathered to celebrate the inaugural event!

Looking forward to the next one in spring of '24 as GNL celebrates 40 years of success in the automotive leasing industry!

Training, training and more training.

Develop a plan, put processes in place, develop work instructions for each role within the company, TRAIN and RETRAIN your employees, continuously monitor and analyze, modify and adjust where necessary, set goals, measure and reward success.

Once the management system has proven successful, look for areas of continuous improvement within, reward strong performance, motivate areas of weakness, and look for complacency within.

Watch for threats while constantly looking for opportunities, understand and respect that both exist.

Too often, even with veteran team members, it is necessary to review work instructions and retrain key managers, even those who have been doing the same job for years. TRAIN and RETRAIN often!

At times, it is beneficial to have new eyes look at a process with a non-bias opinion and outlook, to look for weaknesses or areas of possible growth and opportunity.

With many years of experience, Level 1 provides analytical review of business plans, corporate structure and systems, marketing strategy as well as planning, setting goals and developing a strong plan to achieve success.
