There is life and beauty in even the smallest of things, all you need to do is set your mind free and allow your soul to take the front seat to see it all and feel it all.

Nailah’s little tree she brought home from going to fair with her school a month ago.

It’s grown so much since it was planted and today it just spoke to me to go feel it’s branches with my fingertips and show it love.

It’s so cute.

“This is only the truth, listen and write as you go child.”

So that’s exactly what I’ve been doing, I have been a lot more WIDE awake or my eyes have been wide open and my mind has been more aware and willing.

This last week I’ve opened up more, more vulnerable and I told my pride to take a hike. So with my very open vulnerability, I’ve been more acutely aware when someone hurts me or with my surroundings and the people around me.

I was always very empathic and can feel peoples emotions and read people pretty well, lately it’s just been tenfold, it’s like emotion/feeling overload.
Sense overload.

This journey home, it’s healing and so loving and empowering.

You don’t truly know, until you unlock everything that’s wanting to come out, that’s been in hiding within you, when you let your soul free and listen and feel and just be, it’s beautiful, magical really. Let it be ❤️

Waiting in line to pay for groceries while maintaining a 6ft distance, this man cut in line. He didn't appear to notice what he’d done.

The person he skipped didn't say anything, just maintained the proper distance.

When it was time for the man to pay he reached in his back pocket and pulled out a small note pad. He’d forgotten his wallet.

He looked a bit disappointed and embarrassed. The person he skipped stepped up and told the cashier they’d take care of his groceries. (Which only consisted of Milk and Chocolate Chip Cookies.)

He was more than grateful. He kindly thanked them and off the man went.

Upon arrival to the register, the cashier asked: "He cut you off and you paid for his groceries.. Why??"

"They calmly replied with a smile: “I hope that if one day my Dad forgets his wallet, someone will step up and buy his Milk and Cookies"

With all the negativity going on in the world..I thought it would be nice to share this moment.

A little kindness goes a long way. ❤️ So Why not pay it forward?
