This week, we sit down with viticulturist Felix Egerer of to talk about balance, biodiversity, and the rhythm of farming in the Cowichan Valley. As harvest 2025 unfolds under dry, warm conditions, Felix shares why quality often comes from restraint—fewer bunches, smaller berries, and soils full of life. We also explore his regenerative approach to farming, from planting disease-resistant Swiss crosses to nurturing healthy soil without labels or dogma. It's a conversation about working with nature, not against it. Tune in October 17–20 for the full chat from Vancouver Island.
