Toronto, ON (September 23, 2014) – In the midst of a notable tour across the United States and Europe, Canadian rock giants Theory of a Deadman announced today their triumphant return home with Savages Tour 2014 – a 15 date, cross-Canada tour kicking off in the band’s hometown of Vancouver on November 11th. Savages Tour 2014 will see the band headline venues across the Canadian landscape in support of their 5th studio album “Savages” (604 Records/Universal Music Canada), including a stop at the historic Danforth Music Hall in Toronto on November 25th.
No strangers to the rock music scene, Theory of a Deadman (Tyler Connolly, David Brenner, Dean Back and Joey Dandeneau) are known internationally for their edgy, powerful and expressive songwriting. “Savages“ sees the band expand and take a new approach to lyricism, exploring the darker and more emotional side of rock, resulting in an album that is both introspective and impassioned. “Savages” showcases a sonic resurgence with Connolly’s intense, distinctive vocals and Brenner’s commanding but melodic guitar instrumentals, returning the band full circle to their gritty roots.
