My takeaway is,
>> Building a personal brand, in time, awards you access to the million-dollar table, and itโs the free flow of ideas and energy at that table that catapults you to achieve even bigger goals.
When I started out in business, I subconsciously had this scarcity mindset which drove me to guard my ideas. Now, I share them freely. Being at the table and around people whoโre doing amazing things at levels much much higher than me, showed me what an abundance mindset really is.
I have a quote above my desk from the Dalai Lama that beautifully captures how I feel about this:
โContentment is not about getting what you want. Contentment is about wanting and appreciating what you have. That is the true wealth that can provide an abundance in your life.โ

Imagine your content as a champion racehorse ๐. The more tracks it races on, the more you get to charge. So, it's not just about that initial post and the cha-ching it brings.๐ฐ
Would you let just anyone ride your prized racehorse for free? Heck no!๐ซ The same principle applies to your content and your brand. Negotiating your usage rights is a must!
Here's what you should keep in mind:

Is your content exclusive to the brand's social media or does it find its way onto billboards, into emails, and maybe even onto a blimp? ๐
