We are Hakim and Nazma, who are travelling the world with our daughter Asma. 🇧🇩🇸🇬🇨🇦 We are Hakim and Nazma from Singapore and who have made Canada our home.

We have recently become new parents and exploring the world with our daughter Asma.

Here is how we roll with our toddler. We spent the whole day out in Vancouver as it was finally sunny. We left home at 10am.

First stop - 10.30am
Capital hill for a little stroll and soaking in the sunshine

Second stop - 12.30pm
We got hungry so we had a bite to eat at In & Out donair

Third stop - 1.45pm
Back home for prayers and Asma fell asleep for her nap time in the car so we sneaked out to pray at home and started driving again

Fourth stop
Crescent Beach, we did lots of walking, running and collecting seashells and rocks.

Came back home at 5pm.

Dinner, wind down and lots of story books before going to bed.

Finally witnessed it in the heart of British Columbia. Have been chasing northern lights for the last few years. Many failed attempts but today was magical. Keeping it here for memories.

We are finally going to upload some pictures from our recent road trip in June. This was our third time visiting Moraine lake but still so beautiful and majestic. Few things have changed from before, you can no longer drive your car to the lake instead you have to take the shuttle to the lake. You have to reserve your spots for the shuttle in advance and ensure you get to the shuttle at the right timing.

From towering Supertrees to tranquil Gardens, Gardens by the bay has it all. It is perfect for a family activity. Tickets needed to visit the domes which includes a Flower dome and Cloud Forest conservatories. It is a must visit destination for anyone who loves nature.

Hoi An was a vibrant city located along the central coast of Vietnam. Here you can explore the winding streets and bridges of the historic ancient town as well as the surrounding islands and beaches. I was born in Bangladesh, a country rich in culture, history and natural beauty. My family moved away when I was just a child so I never really got the chance to explore this beautiful country.⁣
⁣
I have always wanted to explore Bangladesh and soak in vibrant colours, taste the exotic street food and experience the lifestyle there. So during my maternity leave and once my baby turned six months old, we visited Bangladesh and did the sight-seeing across Sylhet. ⁣
⁣
Sylhet is famous for their lush tea gardens. In these tea gardens, life moves at a gentle pace, and the workers go about their daily routines with a sense of calm and purpose. They carefully pluck the tender tea leaves, sorting them by hand and placing them in baskets for further processing. The tea gardens are a labor of love, nurtured and tended to by generations of skilled workers.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Standing atop Dilworth Mountain Lookout, I could take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Okanagan region. From this lofty vantage point, we could see the beautiful glacial peaks of the Monashee Mountains and the lush landscapes spread out before us. ⁣

Whether you are here for a day of hiking and adventure, or simply to admire the landscape from afar, Dilworth Mountain Lookout is suitable for those are not able to hike as well. I was 7 months pregnant on this trip. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

We are Hakim and Nazma and we are exploring so many places together as a couple. The last few months have been wonderful as we have been travelling around Asia with our daughter Asma and made so many memories. There are so many places we have visited but haven't had the chance to share on our platform. Slowly trying to fill up the feed with the places we have visited while we still continue to plan on other adventures. ⁣

Qualicum Beach offered us some stunning beach views and calming ocean waves. This was a perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, the small-town charm and friendly locals made it the ideal spot for a fun and memorable vacation. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

We enjoyed our travels with Asma so much and she got so used to travelling on planes, boats and ferries. We have taken her to 6 countries so far. We have done a few road trips with her.
