This week in Naramata History...August 4, 1942. It felt like a tsunami hitting the shores of Okanagan lake.Newspapers all over BC reported that homes were flooded from a series of enormous waves caused by a landslide. (more...)

Craig Henderson is one of Naramata’s greatest ambassadors. A resident of the village (population: 1,800) for nearly 25 years, he loves its history, beauty and the people who live there.

Episode 100 of the Naramata Roadshow will air this Thursday morning, May 6 on CFUZ, the South Okanagan’s only non-profit community radio station.The program started in early 2019, a few weeks prior to Peach City Community Radio signing on the FM band at 92. (more...)
