🌴🌊 THIS is why I love living at a place where the sun is all year long and currently we’re in Mexico. I don’t miss the Prairie winters at all!

⛰️For 2 weeks we’ve lived in the mountain area after 2 months in coastal area, it’s a bit far from the beach. To all my Canadian friends, former colleagues, classmates, neighbors and clients, I’m not trying to rub it in but 😜

🧠It’s not just about hitting the beach all year round. It’s a mental health issue where spending time outside needs to be part of our lives!
