Small but mighty. MR03 mini Merc is only inches long - but miles of fun! Shout out to Mini Car Club of Canada and Sean for the help getting setup - can’t wait to race this beast.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Mississauga Ground RC Group (MGRC) is looking volunteers to help fix the off road RC track as it has eroded over the past few years. we have acquired some dirt and clay from multiple sources but we need some help spreading it over ther track to raise it at its current level and also fix some of the ramps.
We are in the process of acquiring bleachers and Driver Stand and Pits soon and may start to run actual race events. Stay tuned.
MGRC will also be hosting a BBQ the same day to show our appreciation.
Please bring shovels, Wheel barrows, w**d whackers and rakes.
Please wear closed toes shoes for safety.
Unfortunately, heavy equipment is not allowed as this is a public park as per City of Mississauga.

Cleaning the wrench space during a violent storm here in TO and thought I’d give some love for this beauty of a ride height gauge I picked up from a few years back. Been a steady friend for my various 1/8 and 1/10 scale off-road cars over the years!

Sleeper wakes! Way too clean. Body paint and then we add dirt!
Project is well under way albeit slowly. We had to pause after rebuilding the rear diff to pick up a new spur gear but the drivetrain is back together. Next up, system will be going in for some race-pedigree pop. All that’s left are shoes, shocks and body. Excited for this one and can’t wait to ‘wake’ the sleeper against some unsuspecting victims on the track …
Rebuilt the front clip on the LCG project - only to realize I put it back together too much - the LCG chassis has a whole different front skid where the diff mounts - have to slow down the work and think a bit more! Lol
It’s time start the body for the - it’s been a while but we are going to prep and run this beauty Chevy body for a while - and then see how it evolves after that!
While we await the Chevy c10 longbows body and custom cage we thought we’d give you a tease of the power this 1.9 U4 will have. 3s and 8T Crawl Master motor are doing good things to this chassis. Can’t wait for the final product!
