Merry Christmas from SCR & NTV!
Imagine you are a little child and all you want to be when you grow up is a singer. Now imagine the three ladies you grew up idolizing asking you to be a part of their Christmas show!
While backstage at the show "Christmas with the Ennis Sisters" in Carbonear, Amanda Stone who was already on cloud nine, was asked by the ladies who made it famous if she would like to sing "I'll Be There Christmas Eve" with them while they all waited.
The results speak for themselves.
Everyone at SCR would like to say a big ol' heart felt "Thank You" to The Ennis Sisters for including both Amanda Stone and The Band AMITY in your annual Christmas show this year. You three are truly the best to ever step foot on this island.
Amanda's version of "I'll Be There Christmas Eve" has been recorded and produced by Greg Wells on the Album "A Trinity Hall Christmas" and is available at the link below in CD or digital download formats.

This time Dean gets all fired up over our very own Janeil Chantelle and her debut release titled "Time".
Janeil is an SCR recording artist and a contributor to our new Christmas album where she delivers the most chilling version of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah. Recorded live off the floor in an empty Trinity Hall, Janeil's version of Hallelujah echoing through the rafters will leave you jaw dropped.

Proceeds are in support of the Janeway Children's Hospital and we couldn't be prouder of what Janeil has brought to this project.
Thanks for the plays as always Dean! You are the best!
First of all, let us introduce you to Dean Clarke. The radio host of Jigs & Reels - Newfoundland Music Radio Show based in Kitchener, Ontario.
Dean does as much for Newfoundland based artists in Radio as just about anyone else on the planet which we commend him for.
In a segment on "New Music Mondays", Dean listens to songs for the very first time and this week one of the songs he played was "AMITY - Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" from the album, A Trinity Hall Christmas.
Check out the video below of his reaction to this tune! We loves ya Dean, don't ever change!
