Greetings Fellow Leaders With A Heart, in this episode 355, I am talking with Vicki Ostrowski from the UK. We were connected by Stephen Gillen about 2 months ago, had a powerful chat and I knew right away that I had to invite her in to my Podcast. Glad I did as this was a very fun but also inspiring not just story but also uplifting conversation.

Vicki has been a coach for the last 15 years as well as a caretaker for her Husband. She's also helping people better understand Finance and educating them around that topic as to not be vulnerable financially. She went through that herself in 2008 where she lost everything due to an unscrupulous business partner and not just due to the economic crash at the time. She has a background in Accounting which is the foundation of her business in helping her Clients.

Nobody should be fearful of money.

I am absolutely passionate about equipping people to make more empowering decisions about their own money, now and in to the future.

In 2008, following a major event in my own life, I was forced to learn about my own money habits and beliefs and how they could have been instrumental in my downfall; as the credit crisis shook the world I Lost it all; my home, my business, my relationship, my self-respect.

Money wasn’t at fault; the credit crunch wasn’t even at fault, ultimately my own generational and societal beliefs and money habits were at the root of it.

Once I had discovered the reasons behind my downfall and taken action towards my recovery, I made a commitment to help as many people as possible for the rest of my career. To help them overcome their own limiting generational beliefs with money, their own limiting habits; learn how to love their money again, put it to work for them to build strong profitable businesses and secure future wealth.

With a background in finance and psychology I have since worked with 100s of established entrepreneurs and individuals to up-level their money mindset, build brilliant businesses & create future wealth.

Money is and probably always will be an omnipresent resource, and nobody should feel fear around it; It is my mission is to educate, inspire and empower as many people as possible to be free of fear with their money, learn about their unique money personality and build financial security & wealth for their future.

I work with clients worldwide, online and in person, via one-to-one coaching and consulting, workshops, talks and seminars.

All in all, a very fun, inspiring and uplifting conversation with a woman with a big heart, a true Leader With A Heart. Give this episode a listen and a watch, you'll thoroughly enjoy it and may learn a thing or two or ten about Money, the mindset around it and how to change your relationship with Money.

In this first episode of my fun and inspiring conversation with her, she talks about her background, her story and her path so far. She shares the family environment she grew up with and how she's been able to create a fun and enjoyable environment for her and around her.

Few people have had the kind of life that Sophia has had and ended up running a worldwide organisation dedicated to the Empowerment of self & othersHaving been born with a Genetic Disorder and undergoing about 30 operations, Sophia has faced many challenges in all aspects of her life. From chronic pain, extreme bullying, sexual and emotional abuse and mental health issues that led to su***de attempts. She can honestly say “I have lived through many challenges and have been able to completely transform my life with constant practice and awareness.”

For Sophia, Sound Healing and Breathwork became her way to heal her body, on both the physical and emotional levels, so much that she now lives a life free of pain and drugs.

The power of Positive Thought and Self-Esteem has also completely changed her as a person. Sophia now lives a life that is full of possibilities, she wakes every day and give thanks for being alive. Sophia believes that the power of the mind contains the answers to everything we ever desire.

All of this work of Self-Development over the years has brought Sophia to where she is now, creating a global movement of Love, Growth & Connection through her organisation ‘Sacred U’ which is now a Worldwide Community dedicated to helping, supporting, and encouraging women to both empower themselves and each other, so as each can fulfil their dreams, desires & purpose. Sacred U achieves this by providing a global platform that brings together like-minded people to create connections and share their passions, their purpose, their services and a space where you will discover that you can be accepted just as you are.

Greetings Fellow Leaders With A Heart, for this episode #350, I am bringing back a dear friend of mine from the Podcast, Coach RRandy Brown This is our 4th conversation on the Podcast, Game 4 in Basketball parlance. Randy has got such an inspiring story that's why he's been already 4th time on my show. Last time he was on the show, it was over 2 years ago, incredibly. So it's long due for him to return for an update.

First episode or in Basketball terms, Game 1 was about his story, his background, his professional basketball coaching and his love for the game. Game 2 was about how his life changed after the tragic passing of his 2 young daughters a few years apart at the same age same cause. And how that lead to depression, suicidal thoughts resulting in some bad decisions that would cause him to go to Prison and what was life like in prison and bouncing back from that.

For Game 3, it's about how that life changing conversation with that Doctor in prison first broke him down as a man and as a person and then, helped him rebuild his life from scratch. He shares with us other aspects of life in prison. And how he was able to bounce back from that once he was free again, the challenges of getting a job, all the very strict rules he had to follow as to where he could go, and his path from that time onwards to now. Rebound Forward is a fitting name for his book as that what he had to do to build a new life for him upon his release from prison.

In this Game 4, he's sharing about what he's been up to since he was last on the show, incredibly 2 years ago! So it's been long due for him to return to the Show. He started with a bang so to speak by talking about some of the players that he coached in college that ended up in the NBA and there are some incredible names, most of which you'd recognize as household names!

One such name is no other than Steve Kerr, one of the most decorated NBA stars, both as a player, assistant coach and coach. His NBA rings can be counted on both hands in full. Randy shares stories with Steve which are fascinating!

After that fascinating start, he shared with us how his life turned around for the worst and what caused the very premature death of his 2 young daughters.

Then, he talked about how he's now been able to leverage his story, his wisdom, experiences and his Gifts in both his personal life and businesses .

So buckle up as this is a truly great one! Randy is one of the most genuine guys out there. He's been blessed with a truly powerful story, that story now being his beautiful Gift to the world. I love talking to Randy as he is not only a fun person to talk to, but his story is just phenomenal. I can listen to him for hours and hours and so will you once you start listening to his story. And needless to say, he is an authentic and genuine Leader WIth A Heart.
