Merry Christmas Eve Eve! 🎄✨🍾 Stock up on your Christmas Gin and our Elderflower tonic water before the holidays and try your hand at a Christmas Gin Bramble! Super easy & delicious and you can use ingredients you already have at home!
INGREDIENTS
2oz Christmas Gin 75oz Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Preserved YYC Saskatoon Gin Jam OR any jam or preserve you have on hand!
Top with Eau Claire Elderflower Tonic Water
Garnish with Lemon Wedge or dehydrated citrus wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Christmas Gin and lemon juice into a rocks glass. Muddle in Jam. Top with ice cubes and tonic water.

This holiday season try the Christmas Collins with Christmas Gin and our Original Tonic Water! ✨🎄
o 2oz Christmas Gin
o 1oz Lemon Juice
o 1oz Chinook Honey Simple Syrup (2:1 honey and boiling water, let cool)
o Top with Eau Claire Original Tonic Water
o Garnish with Lemon Wheel
o Instructions: Pour the Christmas Gin, lemon juice and honey simple syrup into a rocks glass and stir until blended. Fill with ice, top with soda water and enjoy.
