I've put some feelers out in the past but now I want to make an official request for a second shooter for Wedding Films. I have another busy wedding season and would love to have a second set of hands to film behind-the-scenes content of my wedding filmmaking process (maybe photos as well), and also to monitor B and C cameras to ensure accurate recording. Potential to take on a role as a full partner to create a high-calibre Wedding Films.

Applicable dates are July 5, 12, 19, August 2, 7, 16, 23, 30, 31, September 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18 and December 6. Not all are necessary but the more the better. Coverage would be approximately 3-4 hours per date. Locations are all throughout Nova Scotia.

Pay is $35/hr plus travel. Subject to increase based on experience.

Video experience is not required but considered an asset. Having your own camera gear is not required but considered an asset (preference to Sony gear). I will teach you everything I know with the intention of collaborating on future weddings moving forward.

Noorah & Jeremy - A Wes Anderson Inspired Wedding Film

I can’t say enough about Noorah and Jeremy. Not only did they request this style but they were so onboard with all the specific direction it took to pull it off. So was literally everyone involved with that day. Seriously, the deadpan guests shots were one of my favourites. I’m so thankful they trusted me with this creative challenge, it goes against almost everything I would normally do in a wedding day.

Hannah from Graceful Weddings & Events created such a beautiful day, and it went off without a hitch. The florals from Montgomery Floral Co. were so perfect and added to the pastel vibrancy of the look we needed. Shoutout to Sydney MacLennan Photography whom I never worked with before but brought such positivity to the day, it was a joy to work alongside her. And of course the stunning venue Tangled Garden which was a dream to be in. I couldn’t have done this without the day being as smooth as it was, it was a perfect wedding day to film.
