We recently had the opportunity to craft the sonic experience for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s first-ever brand keynote inside the Sphere for their annual HPE Discover Conference in Las Vegas. Presented by the visionary CEO Antonio Neri, this keynote was an exciting and monumental achievement, expertly guided by an incredibly talented group of partners and agencies.

Working with Sibling Rivalry we had the privilege of creating sound design and music for three brand films that played during the keynote, each delving into how HPE harnesses its power and innovation to help its partners unlock new possibilities, focusing on AI and sustainability.

We were stoked to have the chance to collaborate with Tendril and Future Deluxe on creating an unforgettable Forever reel to debut with their presentation at OFFF 2023 in Barcelona. We decided to design the score without picture, with a slow build into an intense peak which resolves back into the stillness of Forever, and this compositional arc was then utilised to craft the final edit.

This reel celebrates the journey and the ‘work behind the work’ —the multitude of explorations, interactions and thousands of daily design decisions that give depth, richness and intention to the work we love.

We first screened this reel on the incredible AV system at OFFF last month. It was extra special to share this moment with so many of our colleagues, friends, and freelance collaborators, all of whom have been part of the journey so far and whose fingerprints are in this beautiful montage. A great reminder to us that the people we get to work with, our collective culture and diverse community is what makes the work worthwhile.
