Was I planning on walking through a rainy Magic Kingdom? No. Did I come prepared. Of course, but I opted out of my rain gear just for fun…just to catch a cool breeze outside of a poncho sauna. ☔️ Sometimes you gotta live a little, and let the rain slow. you. down. 🏰 Magic Kingdom is still very active with many indoor attractions available during the daily rain showers of the Orlando tropics. Never fear — no need to leave, in fact, STAY close by and take advantage of:🎞️ Shows and attractions like Mickey’s PhilharMagic and Enchanted Tales with Belle that have a consistent and reliable run time, accommodating many guests at once. You’ll likely wait less than a total run time until the next show begins. Plus, they’re in the AC! ❄️ 🍿 Grab a meal or snack and enjoy the sights and sounds of a rainy day. I love to take a cup of Dole Whip (specifically coconut 🥥 ) and watch the castle glisten in the rain from Fantasyland. 🎠 Sit close to an outdoor ride (perhaps, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train 💎 or Big Thunder Mountain 🚂) and hopefully catch one of its shortest wait times of the day. 🚝 Worst case scenario, visit a monorail resort to reset, explore, and catch a breather before coming back for more. Mobile order your Quick Service meal on your ride over and have it ready for you as you walk inside. Check out the lobby and their unique gift shop offerings.
