There was a time in my life when I was bankrupt, I had collection agencies blowing up my phone and the constant threat of having electricity, gas, and cable cut was my daily reality. I was struggling and hurting really bad. Because of pride, I resisted reaching out for help because I felt embarrassed. The day my life changed was the day I picked up the phone to get some advice from a successful friend. That advice helped me get the breakthrough I needed. The video I am sharing with you today is a part of the advise that I received that I have shared with students of mine who were struggling. Their breakthroughs were INCREDIBLE!! Imagination is one of the most POWERFUL elements in our minds. Imagination is the Mental Projection of a Future Outcome. Look all around you as you read this. Your clothes, your computer, the building you are in..ALL of these items started out as someone else's idea. If you go down town in an city you may be in and look at all of the tall buildings...see the lights...see the cars..ALL of what we see started out as an idea.. somebody said... "I want to make cars, I want to build structures, I want to build a business"..they wrote down these ideas and went to work..we literally live in an IMAGINATION WORLD.. The root word of IMAGINATION is IMAGE (PICTURE). If you you find yourself worried, stressed out, or frustrated alot..it's because you are using your imagination improperly. You are using your mind to PICTURE the worst-case scenarios as opposed to when you are in a state of optimism and where you are picturing the BEST-CASE scenarios which make you and I FEEL Better. If we have the CHOICE of what we want to picture...why would we CHOOSE to picture the worst-case scenarios??? Why would we want to run Horror movies in our minds when we can run fantasy, comedy, stories with Joy & Love.. It is a CHOICE. What does your IDEAL Dream World look like?? I choose to focus on creating my DREAM..and as the daily challenges arise, from a space of OPTIMISM I use my imagination to figure out creative solutions to create that world. It feels great to be among my fellow ARCHITECTS of Great LIVES! Let's use your imaginations to build the BEST World we can...first locally (your home)..and then abroad (our communities at large) Have POWERFUL Day 😀

Last night I was invited speak to an online group about TRUST & PURPOSE.

I mentioned that that are 3 elements to TRUST...

1) Trusting God:
I believe that inspiration is instruction from our Creator to do something. God speaks to us through our feelings & hunches. The problem is that most of us SECOND guess our GUT instincts. If you really retrace your steps..How many times did you "get it wrong" when you followed your instincts.

Following your instincts doesn't mean that you won't have challenges or set-backs.. the set backs and and challenges are used to help you build your self image and your faith. Each time you conquer or overcome a challenge your faith grows. This is NECESSARY in order for you to not just HAVE the things you want, but also to KEEP them. You need to be READY to receive the thing you desire.

God would not put something in your heart and not give you the guidance and tools in order to manifest it. You have to learn to TRUST Him.

2) Trusting Yourself (Your ability to deliver) If you have ever heard yourself saying to YOURSELF
"I am not good enough" .."They may not want to work with me, buy from me, hire me or be with me because of my colour/sex/nationality/family/____ " .."Why would they listen to me?" "I'm not qualified".... these are ALL reflections of a poor self image... how about thinking:
"why not me?" .."I have value to offer"... "they need me"... "they would be lucky to have me"... "I am capable of learning whatever is necessary to win"... "People need what I have to offer"..."they would be making a HUGE mistake by not hiring me because I would be the best employee/manager/ceo/cfo this company ever had"... "if someone else can do it..SO CAN I" .. God chose me for a REASON...he doesn't make mistakes"...

The reason most people don't go after what they want is because they lack belief in their ability to acquire what they want..How different would your life look if you went after everything God put in your heart. Even if you lost 50% of the battles you fought you would still be further ahead than you are right now💯

3) Trusting In Others.. Nobody does anything BIG alone. You are going to have to learn to trust others to help, support, and delegate to.

YES...there will be people who let you down, violate your trust and hurt you on some level. That's part of the process. The key is to learn from those experiences so that you learn to see those signs earlier, trust your instincts and cut off people who are not worthy of you, or being a part of your team.

Allow people the opportunity to be promoted OR disqualify themselves from being a part of your life. LIVING in FEAR of disappointment only leads to MORE disappointment.

Life is a limited time offer. Death is a destiny that we ALL share. Since you and I will ultimately die...we really have NOTHING to LOSE by going after what we want. Make the decision to TRUST God, Yourself & Others... bow only to the CREATOR and NEVER to "Creation - people, circumstances or fear". Claim God's best and live in your Purpose.

I luuuuuv Happy Ending😀 Katerina Marchio is one of my graduates... after my program, her dance competition business doubled.... through what she learned about communication, conflict resolution and mindset, she reconnected with her ex..they re-kindled the flame and they are happier than they have ever been. Wedding bells are on the horizon. I am soooooo happy for this amazing couple. I hope this post inspires someone today. Have a POWERFUL Day 😀

I am on my way to Dallas to put the finishing touches on the 10 Million Strong... for the first time in my companies history we will be partnering with our students. We will have a robust affiliate program connected to it. My business has been referral based since its inception... I love the fact that my students while growing through my programs can get rich sharing it with friends and family as we take this message of transformation around the world. I am going to learn all of the laws, dos and don'ts to make sure we don't mistakes out of ignorance. It's an exciting time...lots of learning, and lots of growing. I am beyond excited about this new journey I am taking... I want to encourage all of you...do WHATEVER it takes to make your dreams become a reality. Stay up late, get up early, and get on a plane if you have to in order to get the tolls you need to succeed. I am completely outside of my comfort-zone right now. Trying new things can be a scary experience. Whenever I feel fear or nervousness creeping in...I remind myself that inspiration is an instruction from our Creator do do something...he isn't going to give you an instruction to so something and NOT give you the resources to get the job done. It's NOT about you..its about the people who are supposed to benefit from the gifts that God gave you. The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure that you seek... FEEL the FEAR...then WALK in FAITH. God will never let you down. Have a POWERFUL Day 😀

I had an opportunity to meet our Prime Minister Justin Trudeau the other day. I was invited to the meeting, but I was a little reluctant to go because although I support some of his social justice stances, I am not a fan of some of the policy decisions that have been made during his tenure. Two friends of mine Shawn Cuffie and Warren Salmon encouraged me to go on the grounds that we need to hold our leaders accountable for the promises that they make, as well as to lobby for the change we want to see. In the past I have voted but the truth is that I know I can do more by actually getting involved...get to know the players personally and put my support behind candidates that I believe have both mine and Canada's best interests at heart. When I went to this event, I had a bit of a paradigm shift, and as a result I have made the decision to get more involved with the political process (above and beyond voting). I am going to engage with the parties and become a part of the policy shifting process.

The thought occurred to me that whether you believe in the leadership of your city, province/state or country is really irrelevant...your tax dollars are directed by their policies regardless. ALL of us who pay taxes are literally paying the bills even if we don't like where or how the money is being spent. I have decided that since I have to pay the bills, I want more say in where my hard earned dollars are going to be deployed. The lesson... Get involved and fight for the vision you want to see manifested. Have a POWERFUL Day 😀

I had a very interesting sit-down with a friend of mine who made his first million at the age of 25... He is now in his late 30s has approx 20M..I went to seek advice for my business.. I find that whenever there is a question that is a serious one, it is smart to get advice from people who have results that you would like to have manifest in your life.. There were a number of tremendous insights I gained from my friend...one that really sticks out was that..he says..he ALWAYS asks for what he Wants & NEVER settles for less than he wants. He said he finds that alot of people get shy/bashful/timid when it comes to making a request. He says..."If you don't ask...YOU DON'T GET, ...the answer may be NO...but who cares?? If you didn't ask it's like YOU said No to the possibility on their behalf...if their answer was No what did you really lose anyway?? NOTHING"...Ask and let THEM say no...don't pre-judge the answer. Some of the biggest deals he got were simply because he had the audacity to ask. Sometimes he would leave a meeting thinking to himself.."Holy Sh**...I can't believe they agreed to that".."those deals would not have happened if I had kept my mouth shut"..
It doesn't just impact business..If there is someone you find attractive..what have you got lose by asking that person on a date???what's the worst thing that they could say..."NO"..lol.. You have to give people the OPPORTUNITY to say "YES"..and that only happens when YOU & I ask... Ask for what you want and be persistent..the results will sometimes astound you! A student of mine mentioned to me that the reason that she held back from going after her dream was fear. I said to her that fear, whether it be of failure, what other people may think, or concerns about your skill-set (ability to pull it off) is natural. I shared with her that ANY time people try something NEW, fear inevitably shows up in one form or the other. The key is to EMBRACE it...learn to HAVE FUN with it, and ACT in spite of it....think to yourself..."what is the worst thing that could happen if things don't work out?"..if you can live with the answer...GET MOVING!!! None of us are immune from fear... The bottom line is that in order to live reeeeally comfortably, we all have to get a little uncomfortable at first. Have a POWERFUL Day :-)

Can you guess who this is???

He didn't speak fluently until he was nine-years-old, causing teachers to think he was slow. He was expelled from school for his rebellious nature and was refused admittance to the Zurich Polytechnic School 3 times.

He eventually was accepted in to the Swiss Polytechnic Institute. He skipped class, and his professors never took him seriously. He never performed spectacular in school. He did so poorly that he nearly decided to drop out, and just sell life insurance. He graduated at the age of 21 and struggled to find employment....

His name was Albert Einstein. Starting out as a patent clerk, he went on to revolutionize science's understanding of the world, taking physics beyond its Newtonian view by developing the theory of General Relativity. He won the Nobel Prize, with his research leading the U.S. to build an atomic bomb, and influenced all aspects of culture, from religion, to art, to late-night television.

To anyone out there who may have had a ton of setbacks, struggles, and things aren't going your way...just think of Albert. You could be the next giant of industry that the world hasn't met as yet. The world is waiting on us to get our acts together and be the greatest version of ourselves so they can benefit from the gifts we have to offer. Take the courses that are necessary, change your lifestyle habits, ask for help, and persist through the challenges and setbacks that are inevitable as you strive for greatness.
