How about the Breakthroughs Film Festival. Established in 2011, BFF is Canada’s only festival dedicated to showcasing short films by women and non-binary filmmakers.

Step into the world of contemporary music with a friendly presentation by Artistic Director Brian Current at Trinity Square Video (121-401 Richmond St W). Explore the textures and colours of new classical music, offering insights and techniques for first-time listeners to engage with 21st-century compositions.

✨ Experience captivating 10-15 minute performances by Flutist Sophie Lanthier, blending acoustic and electronic music, followed by pauses to allow new audiences to drift through the space. This participatory event provides a unique window into understanding and appreciating the nuances of modern musical expressions.
