🌟 New Research Published in Canadian Journal of Discovery! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce the publication of a pivotal study comparing the clinical performance of the Guardian Laryngeal Mask Airway (G-LMA) with the Supreme Laryngeal Mask Airway (S-LMA).

πŸ“„ Title: Comparison of Clinical Performance of Guardian Laryngeal Mask Airway Versus Supreme Laryngeal Mask Airway
πŸ“ Authors: Ajay Kumar Pajiyar, Amit Kumar Karna, Haiyun Wang, Lin Ma, Lumin Miao, Guolin Wang
πŸ“š Journal Volume: 5(8), 1-10
πŸ”— DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.13275434

Key Insights:

The G-LMA showed a higher airway sealing pressure compared to the S-LMA at 60 cmH2O cuff pressure.
It required less air for cuff inflation.
Both devices performed similarly in terms of insertion success rates, insertion times, and postoperative adverse events.
This study highlights the G-LMA’s enhanced sealing capability while maintaining comparable safety and efficacy to the S-LMA.
